Tarifas

  • Las tarifas indicadas en la página de reservas son orientativas. Para conocer exactamente el coste de la estancia, contacta con nosotros.
  • Los precios incluyen IVA (10%).
  • Los precios del alojamiento son por noche independientemente del número de huéspedes del alojamiento.
  • Apartamentos para 2 personas como máximo (para menores de dos años disponemos además de cuna o cama supletoria).
  • Dúplex para 4 personas como máximo (para menores de dos años disponemos además de cuna o cama supletoria).
  • Los precios incluyen:
    • Gastos de agua, electricidad, gas y calefacción.
    • Ropa de cama y toallas. La ropa de cama se compone de sábanas, mantas y edredón. En estancias de más de 7 noches, se entregarán semanalmente nuevos juegos de sábanas y toallas.
    • Complementos para niños pequeños (cuna, y trona)
    • Cocina completamente equipada (vajilla, vasos, cubiertos, sartenes, cacerolas, nevera, microondas, exprimidor, lavavajillas, etc.).
    • Uso de lavadora, equipos de entretenimiento electrónico (TV,  películas, juegos…).

Proceso de reserva y cancelaciones

  • La reserva por teléfono podrá realizarse de 10h a 18h, ininterrumpidamente, en el número 617 978 005. Se puede reservar también mediante el formulario de contacto que encontrarán en nuestra web o por e-mail, las 24 horas del día.
  • Las consultas a través del formulario o del correo electrónico serán respondidas lo antes posible, indicándose si hay disponibilidad en la fecha solicitada, para poder confirmar la reserva.
  • Concretados los datos de la reserva (titular, teléfonos de contacto, dirección de correo electrónico, número de ocupantes, fecha de entrada y salida, hora estimada de llegada,…), recibirán un correo electrónico, para que puedan comprobar si todos los datos son correctos, y junto a ello, aparecerán nuestros datos y el número de cuenta donde poder ingresar el anticipo para formalizar la reserva, si es el caso.
  • El anticipo será el 50% del precio total de los servicios solicitados. Este anticipo, deberá ingresarse antes de las 48 horas (dos días hábiles) siguientes a la petición, en dicha cuenta corriente, indicando su nombre y los días de estancia. El coste de la transferencia bancaria corre por cuenta del cliente.
  • Una vez comprobado el ingreso contactaremos de nuevo para confirmar la reserva. Además, les proporcionaremos información adicional (descripción detallada de cómo llegar, teléfonos, etc.).
    De no recibir el comprobante antes de 48 horas (dos días hábiles) consideraremos nula la reserva.
  • En caso de anulación de la reserva, tendrá derecho a la devolución de las cantidades que se hayan abonado, con las siguientes condiciones (en caso que hayas ingresado el importe completo las condiciones de la anulación se aplicarán solamente al 50% del alquiler total):
    • Aviso de anulación con 30 días de antelación al día de entrada: reintegro del 100% del coste de la estancia.
    • Aviso de anulación entre 29 y 15 días de antelación al día de entrada: 75% del coste de la estancia.
    • Aviso de anulación entre 14 y 8 días de antelación al día de entrada: 50% del coste de la estancia.
    • No se realizará devolución cuando el aviso se produzca con 7 o menos días de antelación.

Entrance to the accommodation

  • Schedule:
    • SUnless prior notice, the client must occupy the accommodation before 20:00 hours on the day of arrival. If for any reason the arrival is planned after this time, please let us know in advance.
    • Entrance will be from 16:00 onwards.
  • Key handing over: Upon your arrival we will introduce you to the house and its facilities, also informing you about the nearest places of interest.
  • Entry form: Together with the keys, an entry form is delivered where the services requested by the client are displayed. This document will be considered a contract between the two parties.
  • Payment: Upon entering the accommodation, the remaining payment of the total amount of the stay will be made. It’s also possible to pay the remaining amount by bank transfer five working days before your arrival. For security reasons, payments with €500 tickets will not be accepted.
  • Documentation: It’s mandatory by law that every traveller over 16 years of age must present his or her identity card or passport in order to fill in the occupancy form.
  • Number of visitors: For security and safety reasons, the maximum number of persons accommodated as set out in the description of the accommodation, including children over 2 years of age, will not be allowed to be exceeded. Only the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation is entitled to stay in the house and enjoy the facilities.
  • Animals: For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
  • Abnormalities and deficiencies:
    • The owner undertakes to deliver the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any problems that may arise.
    • Any irregularities and/or deficiencies that the guest may find in the rented property must be reported as soon as possible and always during the stay. The owner will solve any anomaly or deficiency as soon as possible, as long as the causes are proven to be true. Complaints made after the day of departure cannot be dealt with.

Departure from the accommodation

  • Departure will take place until 12:00 hours.
  • The owner is not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of objects, however, if found in the room when cleaning it, the discovery of the objects in question will be reported.

Equipment and inventory

  • All rooms are exterior with views of the natural environment.
  • Accommodation includes sheets, blankets, duvets, cribs, towels, shower mat, hygiene products, hair dryers, washing machine and dryer, baby accessories (high chair, travel cot), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV, barbecue, and shared garden.

Responsibilities and rules of stay

  • The owner is responsible for the correct information of the property offered, the amount indicated and its precise location.
  • The house will be delivered to the guest in perfect conditions of use and cleanliness.
  • During the stay, the cleaning is the responsibility of the visitor.
  • Guests of the house must treat it and its contents with respect and not take anything away from it; they will be responsible for any damage caused by themselves.
  • It is the guest’s responsibility to leave the property in the same condition in which he or she found it, being liable for all damages and losses caused by negligence. Any damage caused by the client during his stay in the house will be paid separately by the client.
  • The client is responsible for the supervision of the children accompanying him/her.
  • It is not permitted to remove furniture from the interior of the house (tables, television, blankets, etc.).
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in another enclosed area.
  • For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed.
  • Guests are not permitted to engage in any annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous or illegal activities.
  • Any deficiency found should be reported to the owner as soon as possible and during the stay, to be able to solve the problem during the stay. The owner will not accept any claim after the day of departure.
  • The client, by signing the entry form, is responsible for the correct behaviour of all persons accompanying him/her.
  • In the event of failure to comply with the above obligations, the owner is entitled to request that the guest leave the establishment without any right to compensation.
  • The owner is not responsible for any loss, damage, cancellation or additional expenses incurred by the customer, or for any matter beyond his control.

Acceptance of the conditions

The deposit of the reservation amount in the owner’s bank account implies the complete acceptance by all guests of each one of the conditions reflected here.
